Hi Cian C., ModelReady Last week I delivered near‑identical SketchUp house models (external‑only and full internal+external) for a residential viz team, so I’m confident to handle this really well. I build clean, exact models from plans, map houses to site layouts accurately, no materials, fast and reliable within 3 days. I’ve done this for years—CAD to SketchUp, tight tolerances, tidy tags, smart components. I would like to know the below. 1) Will you provide DWG with survey/site coordinates (or a fixed reference point) for placement, or only PDFs? 2) What exact LOD and standards do you prefer—SketchUp version, tag/layer naming, and component granularity (walls/doors/windows)? I think we should. - Use a strict template (units, tags, scenes, axis) so every model is consistent and easy to handover. - Run a quick QA: dimension checks and CAD‑to‑model overlay screenshots to prove accuracy. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I recieve drawings, confirm units/LOD, and set up the project template. 2) I build the shell and interior: grouped walls/floors/roof, door/window components, exact dims. 3) I import the site, place/rotate/level houses to survey, set north and setbacks. 4) I self‑QA, fix any drift, and deliver clean .skp with scenes and neat outliner.
