I need a skilled 3D artist to translate our new office lounge line into clean, photoreal digital assets. The pieces are modern-style lounge chairs and companion items that will appear in architect presentations, printed catalogs, our web product configurator, and as free BIM/downloadable resources for designers. Scope • Build production-ready 3D geometry from my technical drawings and reference photos. • Apply PBR materials so every fabric, metal foot, and stitch reads naturally under neutral and studio lighting. • Deliver both high-resolution static renders (print-quality PNG/TIF) and a full 360-degree turntable sequence for each piece—these spins must loop smoothly for web display. Deliverables (per furniture item) • Native scene file (3ds Max, Blender, or Maya) plus clean FBX/OBJ export • 1 hero static render + 3 detail close-ups (minimum 4K) • 36-frame 360° turntable PNG sequence on transparent or a single GLB/GLTF with baked orbit camera • Read-me noting textures, scale, and any modifiers used Acceptance Criteria • Accurate dimensions (tolerance ±1 mm) aligned to supplied drawings • No visible mesh artifacts at 4K; subdivisions non-destructive • Real-world scale, centered at origin, Y-up • All textures packed and paths stripped for easy relink I’ll supply dimensioned PDFs, material swatches, and colorways once we start. If you have a proven eye for modern furniture and can render upholstery convincingly, let’s talk timing and sample workload so we can move the full collection into production.
