3D Mystery Web Series Animation

I have the skeleton of a five-hour web series and need a versatile 3D creative partner who can turn that raw storyline into a full, mystery-driven production. Nothing exists beyond the plot, so every stage—from words on the page to the final rendered frames—will be in your hands. Because the entire project must be completed for ₹1500 INR, efficiency and smart pipeline choices (Blender, Unreal, or any other free/low-cost tools you prefer) will be essential.
