### Project Overview I am looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Designer to create a high-fidelity, 3D-printable 3D enclosure for a handheld audio player. I have a completed PCB design and a clear aesthetic reference image. The goal of this project is to produce a **functional, "works-like/looks-like" prototype** for a Kickstarter campaign. While this version does not need to be fully DFM-optimized for injection molding yet, it must be designed with tight tolerances for 3D printing (SLA/SLS) and assembly. ### Technical Requirements * **PCB Integration:** You will be provided with the PCB CAD files (STEP/DXF). The enclosure must perfectly house the board, including precise alignments for the ESP32-based architecture, I2S audio components, and power management. * **External Features:** The design includes a speaker grill, a small OLED display bezel, physical buttons, side controls, and an antenna. * **Assembly:** Use of heat-set threaded inserts for secure, repeatable assembly of the enclosure halves and internal components. * **Aesthetic Direction:** The design follows a "Retro-Futuristic" and minimalist aesthetic (think Teenage Engineering or Braun). It requires clean lines, tactile surfaces, and geometric detailing (embossed logos and text). * **Materials:** The design should be optimized for SLA/Resin printing to ensure a smooth, production-quality finish for video and photography. ### Scope of Work 1.
