While in the closed position the cap should snap firmly over the mouth, yet slide off smoothly when lifted, all without separate assembly. On the flat top surface I’d like a realistic wasp emblem, centered inside a circle with a single diagonal “no-entry” bar running through it. Please model the relief deep enough to remain crisp after FDM printing in PLA at 0.2 mm layers, but not so deep that it traps support material. Key dimensions must suit a typical 26 mm crown cap and a neck diameter of roughly 27.5 mm below the lip, though I’m happy to tweak final tolerances together after an initial test print. A small fillet on every live edge will help the piece survive repeated flexing. Deliverables: 1. Final, watertight STL ready for Cura. 2. Native CAD file (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or comparable) so I can adjust tolerances in the future. 3.
