Opened your file: it's a flat plaque around 73x40x5mm with embossed text, and at 41k+ triangles for that size, the geometry is almost certainly carrying overlapping or duplicated faces from how the text was originally extruded, that's the usual cause of the intersecting-layer and rough-finish issues on this kind of part. My fix: rebuild the mesh cleanly, remove duplicate/intersecting geometry at the text-to-base boundary, re-establish clean boolean unions so the surface reads as one continuous solid, and optimize the triangle count so it stays crisp without the bloat. Verified watertight and manifold before handoff, correct scale and orientation preserved. Deliverable: repaired 3MF (or STL if you prefer), print-checked. Small, focused fix, quick turnaround, 1 day.
