I’m commissioning a high-fidelity 3D representation of a single country to support an ongoing scientific research project. Accuracy is critical: the model must reflect real-world elevation data and clearly delineate water bodies as well as current vegetation coverage. Here’s what I need delivered: • A fully textured 3D file (OBJ, FBX or another widely used format) built from up-to-date DEM or LiDAR data. • Distinct, editable layers for terrain elevation, inland and coastal waters, and vegetation zones so I can isolate or combine them during analysis. • A clean, labelled screenshot set that shows overall perspective plus close-ups of key geographic features for verification. I’m flexible on the software you choose—ArcGIS, QGIS, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar—so long as the final output retains geospatial accuracy and can be re-projected if required. Please tell me which data sources you intend to use and your approach to ensuring vertical and horizontal accuracy.
