Hey, I can help with this. I work full-time creating 3D models for 3D printing, mainly display models such as character but I also have experience in designing some functional every day products. That said, I want to be upfront that while I do functional design, I don’t typically handle overly complex mechanical systems. Simple hinges or basic locking concepts are fine, but anything more intricate would need to be clearly defined on your end. From the reference, it’s also not entirely clear how you want the cuffs to look in 3D, so a few things would help clarify scope: Do you have more detailed references for the final design? Will you provide the hinge/locking mechanism design? Are these meant to be fully functional or more for visual purposes? Any size or fit requirements for the forearm? Do you also need renders, or just the 3D files? Pricing will depend on the complexity, especially around the functional parts.
