I have rough sketches and neck finish specs; what I need is a production-ready 3D model that a molder can take straight to tooling. The work involves translating my concept into a complete CAD package, refining the exterior styling so it feels contemporary while integrating standard 28 mm PET threads, pco 1881 thread , with a hopper inside the cap draft angles, and uniform wall thickness for injection-molding success. The twist-to-activate mechanism should be built into the geometry—no extra parts if it can be avoided.
