I need a simple yet sturdy 3-D printable mount that lets me tilt my high-output torch between two fixed angles: one pointing straight ahead for regular riding and one pitched downward so I can quickly “dim” the beam for on-coming traffic. Every holder I’ve found only pivots side-to-side, so this up-and-down action is the critical feature. The bracket must clamp securely to a standard handlebar, grip the torch firmly under vibration, and switch between the two positions with a positive click or similar detent so it won’t drift while I ride.
