For this project, I can use the OBJ files and scan data as reference, align the geometry correctly, and rebuild each part as clean watertight CAD with the required 3 mm thickness. I can focus on matching the important features such as mating faces, hole sizes, curved surfaces, thread locations, edges, and fit-critical areas so the final STEP files open cleanly in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar CAD software. I will check for common issues such as open edges, gaps, self-intersections, bad surfaces, and unclear scan areas before delivery.
