We are looking for an experienced Mechanical / Sheet Metal Design Engineer to develop a custom outdoor Drive-Thru Kiosk System. The project includes: Two outdoor digital screen enclosures One drive-thru ordering/intercom kiosk for microphone, speaker, and related components. We already have the overall concept and reference design. We need an engineer to convert it into a professional, fabrication-ready mechanical design that can be sent directly to a sheet-metal fabrication factory. The design must consider outdoor use, internal component mounting, ventilation/cooling, electrical and cable routing, maintenance access, weather/water protection, and proper installation/anchoring. The final engineering package is expected to include 3D CAD models, detailed fabrication drawings, exploded views, sheet-metal flat patterns, DXF files for laser cutting, bending details, STEP files, BOM, and assembly drawings. This is not a rendering-only project. We are specifically looking for someone experienced in designing products that are actually manufactured using sheet-metal laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and assembly. Preferred experience: SolidWorks Sheet Metal, DFM, outdoor enclosures, kiosks, digital signage, electrical cabinets, CNC/laser cutting, and sheet-metal fabrication.
