I need a mechanical CAD designer to create a production-ready outdoor enclosure for a compact IoT device. I will provide PCB outline, battery dimensions, connector details, and keep-out zones. The enclosure should be designed for year-round outdoor use with IP67-style protection against rain, dust, and UV exposure. Preferred material is ABS, polycarbonate, or ABS/PC plastic. The design should include gasket/seal strategy, PCB and battery mounting, screw bosses, cable/connector protection, wall/pole mounting features, and injection-molding-aware details like wall thickness, ribs, draft angles, and parting lines. Deliverables: STEP + native SolidWorks/Fusion file 2D manufacturing drawings Exploded assembly view Basic BOM Product renders for review Short notes on sealing, material, assembly, and manufacturing approach Important: please attach relevant photos with your proposal. I mainly want to see previous work before selecting a freelancer.
