Ich benötige einen maßgeschneiderte Halter für einen Radarscanner an das Gehäuse einer Schranke, der anschließend im 3D-Druckverfahren gefertigt werden soll. Aufgabenstellung • Entwicklung eines robusten Kunststoffgehäuses, speziell für den Außenbereich. • Berücksichtigung typischer Outdoor-Anforderungen wie UV-Beständigkeit, Spritzwasserschutz und ausreichende Wandstärken. • Integration aller notwendigen Montagepunkte – Schraubdome, Kabelführungen etc. • Bereitstellung druck- und fertigungstauglicher Dateien (vorzugsweise STEP + STL). Wünsche an die Zusammenarbeit Ich liefere Fotos, grobe Skizzen und die wichtigsten Innenmaße; Sie übernehmen die konstruktive Ausarbeitung, geben mir ein kurzes Feedback zur Materialauswahl (z. B. PETG oder ASA) und optimieren das Design für FDM-Druck. Ein kurzer Revisionszyklus zur finalen Passform ist eingeplant.
