Design Cylindrical Pet Leash Accessory

I’m developing a hard-plastic, cylinder-shaped add-on that clips to a standard pet leash and I need an industrial designer who can take it from sketch to manufacture-ready files. The work begins with quick concept ideation and proportion studies, then moves into detailed CAD suitable for injection-molded ABS or similar rugged polymer. A clean, modern look is important, but real-world durability and easy assembly come first. Because the product will go straight into tooling once the design is approved, I’m only considering freelancers who can point to at least one physical item they took all the way through production. In your proposal please answer the following: “Describe the most relevant physical product you have designed that went into manufacturing. Include what material it was made from and where it was produced.” Portfolios that highlight pet accessories earn extra attention. Deliverables I will need: • Initial concept sketches and rendered views for selection • Final 3D CAD files (STEP and native format) with draft angles and parting lines respected • Exploded view and basic assembly instructions for factories If you can combine creative styling with manufacturability and have solid experience getting plastic parts off the production line, I’m eager to collaborate.
