Hi, TOEM is an interesting product because the real challenge is not the ring itself, but creating a reliable, comfortable, and repeatable charm-retention system that works with soft materials while maintaining a premium user experience. I can develop the complete manufacturing-ready CAD package, including the silicone toe ring, reinforced charm interface, interchangeable charm mechanism, flexible retention disc system, exploded assemblies, technical drawings, tolerances, and STEP/STL deliverables. My focus would be on balancing retention strength, user comfort, durability, and manufacturability across the silicone, TPU, and stainless-steel components. I work in SolidWorks for parametric product development, allowing precise control of fit tolerances, soft-material interfaces, and assembly validation before tooling discussions begin. The deliverables will be structured for both prototyping and production review. Have you already validated the 1.8–2.0 mm stem and 3.8–4.0 mm retention disc dimensions through physical testing, or would you like the final CAD to include tolerance optimization based on silicone material behavior?
