Modern Residential 3D Model

I am developing a modern residential project and need a precise, clean 3D model that captures both the overall form and the finer Interior details I specified, along with clear building Elevations for presentation boards. The file should be ready for photorealistic rendering and easy plan extraction, so please build it with proper layers and naming conventions. I am comfortable working with native files from SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max, as long as you also export an FBX or OBJ for wider compatibility. Deliverables • Fully textured, metrically scaled 3D model of the modern house • Interior detailing (walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures) true to common residential standards • Exterior elevations generated from the same model, delivered as high-resolution PNG/PDF and DWG if possible Once the model opens cleanly on my end, with geometry grouped logically and no missing textures, the job is complete.
