3D video animation

I need someone who can do this,I have a Uni project and I need a visual representation. And I need something to impress them with but it will be under your name for sure. So the the Idea is a van that offers a VR experience for the people who win a guessing game. All of this is related to the Olympics in Japan. So if you guess the winner in one sport you will have the chance to have a VR experience for unreleased game in our truck. The Van is The Mercedes-Benz N 1300. I need you to Build a 3D representation of the truck, Include some monitors all around it add a couple VR headsets inside the truck move a camera around it to show how everything is going to work. So I know it sounds weird but you can go wild with your creativity in it so the theme is Olympics ( you can add the colors the logos) and you have the idea also just let me know if you can do it. And again you can make it as wild as you want I just want it to have the idea in it. Thanks in advance, and let me know if you can do it and how much it will cost me.
