I am developing a new air terminal design that now needs to come alive in vivid, photo-real 3D. I’m looking for someone who can start right away and work with me to craft the design and give me both exterior and interior visuals that sit seamlessly in real-world site photographs, plus a smooth movie that walks—and then flies—viewers through the entire project. Style and scope • Work with the architect as the design develops The architectural language is distinctly modern, so daylight, materials, reflections and nighttime ambience all need to feel crisp and contemporary. • Internally I need the waiting lounges, check-in hall and the retail/dining concourse shown bustling and well-lit, with believable furniture, signage and people assets. • Exterior shots must blend perfectly with the supplied site photos so stakeholders see exactly how the terminal will sit in its context. Images will include aircraft at the air terminal on the apron, as well as various airport vehicles, buses etc. Key deliverables 1. High-resolution stills: at least three hero exteriors and three interiors, all composited onto provided background photographs. 2. One cinematic walkthrough/flythrough (≈90–120 sec) covering curbside arrival, check-in, lounges, retail zone and an aerial reveal of the building. 3. Raw working files plus final colour-graded outputs (4K for video, 6k stills). Acceptance criteria • Materials, lighting and reflections read realistically at 100 % zoom with no noise or artifacts. • Camera paths are fluid, with no clipping or jitter. • Final grading matches the colour temperature of the reference photos. Send a link to previous airport or comparable large-scale public building renders that show this calibre of realism, and confirm the software you prefer (e.g., 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, Unreal, etc.). I’ll supply CAD/Revit models, reference photos and a tight milestone schedule the moment we kick off. If your portfolio fits, I’m ready to commission immediately.
