photo to 3D model

I am looking for someone to create a 3D model from a specific nude photo. The model will be used for 3D printing, and the level of detail required is medium detail for general views. I should be able to print the 3D model in a off the shelf 3D printer. If you think you have the expertise to do this project, I'd like to hear from you soon. I'm sure with the right artist it won't be a problem to create a beautiful, well-crafted 3D model that reflects the original photo. Thank you for your consideration.
