We’re looking for a developer or studio to build a Vampire Survivors–style roguelike survival game in top-down 2D pixel art. This is a single-map survival experience centered around auto-attacks, escalating enemy waves, upgrade selections, and a 10-minute run that culminates in a boss fight. The game will include progression systems, optional endless mode, and account-based leaderboard tracking. *We are looking for this to be developed in Unity WebGL* HIGH-LEVEL SCOPE Single-map survival experience ~10 minute standard run ending in a boss encounter Level-up upgrade selections during gameplay Optional endless mode after boss defeat Account system with weekly leaderboard tracking GAMEPLAY STRUCTURE Player controls one character on a compact park/city-themed map Character attacks automatically (no stop-to-attack mechanic) Enemies spawn continuously and increase in volume, speed, and durability over time Enemy contact causes damage Defeated enemies drop XP LEVELING SYSTEM On level-up, player chooses 1 of 3 upgrade options New attack types unlock at set level intervals Other levels improve stats such as damage, health, etc. BOSS FLOW At ~10 minutes, a boss spawns Standard enemies continue spawning during boss fight Defeating the boss completes the run Player can exit or continue into endless mode CONTROLS PC Directional movement (WASD or arrow keys) Mouse input for menus and selections Mobile On-screen joystick for movement Touch input for UI selections PROGRESSION & SYSTEMS In-run currency collection Permanent upgrades that improve starting stats Account creation via provided API Progress and leaderboard tracking via provided API Weekly leaderboard (based on survival time + currency collected) Ability for players to reset account progress ART & ASSETS REQUIRED Top-down park/city environment Main playable character sprite 1 core enemy sprite 4–6 additional enemy variants (can scale via color/effects for tiers) 1 boss character 4–5 stylized/fantasy attack visuals Currency icon XP pickup icon Visual effects (impacts, hit effects, etc.) UI REQUIREMENTS Upgrade selection cards Main menu screens In-game HUD (health bar, timer, score, XP bar) VISUAL DIRECTION Top-down 2D Pixel art style (cost-efficient approach) OPTIONAL STARTING POINT A Unity template off the asset store may be used if helpful, but is not required
