I’m turning a property in North Carolina into a commercial venue and the county has already given me a checklist of required drawings. I need those notes converted into a clean, professional set of permit-ready plans first, followed by a full construction set once the permit is in hand. The drawings must clearly show the stages and performance areas as well as all restrooms and supporting facilities. Accuracy is critical—everything has to align with the latest NC Building Code so the county can sign off without delays. I’ll forward the county documents, site measurements, photos, and any other background files the moment we start. Deliverables • Permit submission package: floor plan, elevations, sections, code analysis • Construction set: detailed layouts for stages/performance zones, restroom plumbing fixture counts, egress and accessibility paths, basic structural notes • Final files in PDF for printing and an editable CAD format A North Carolina architectural or engineering stamp isn’t mandatory, but if you can provide one please let me know.
