I’m looking for a designer who can translate my concept for a custom-shaped, irregular-form enclosure into a full set of dimensional drawings. The goal is to keep milling debris contained while giving the head a maximum of 8 inches of clearance on every axis. The frame must be specified in 1-1/2" × 1-1/2" aluminum square tubing clad with aluminum sheet. Each wall and roof section needs to break down into manageable panels that bolt together quickly on site; the roof panels themselves have to lift off for maintenance access. Because protection from dust is my main concern, every joint, hatch, and viewing window (if you include any) should overlap or gasket in a way that minimises dust escape. I have the solidworks 3D model for the specific machine that this enclosure is being built for. In the model the side and back lower panels will be removed to make way for the new enclosure. The pictures attached represent what we want to build for this machine. Please include: • Fully dimensioned 2D fabrication drawings of the frame and sheet panels • An exploded view or step-by-step assembly illustration so installers see panel order and fastener locations • A brief material and hardware list (standard extrusion lengths, sheet gauges, fasteners, seals) You may model in SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, or another mainstream CAD package as long as you can export STEP and PDF sets. Provide native files plus exports at hand-off. If something in the brief clashes with real-world constraints, flag it early and propose an adjustment—I’d rather catch issues before metal is cut.
