Hi sir, so i assume you want to work with 2D layout first and then after its finish then you want to work with the MEP plan is that right? So im using Revit 2026 as the designing software. With this you will get 2D and 3D in instant. This is my deliverable for you at this point 1. 2D layout with precise wall length, appliance and cabinet positions, doorway widths, and circulation space so that your contractor able to schedule it confidently 2. Realistic 3D view so you able to see the real size and the "feelings" of the room 3. Unlimited revision until you satisfied enough and your contractor are able to quote and schedule it confidently. My timeline will be like this sir 1. First one or two days is designing and planning your kitchen with sketch 2.
