Brushed brass, CNC-turned profiles with those elegant concave tapers — beautiful hardware. But a machinist doesn't care how pretty your product photo is. They need a drawing with every fillet radius, thread spec, and tolerance called out so they set up the lathe once and get it right. I can see from your images: turned brass bollard with concave hourglass profile, fairlead with stainless cross-pin, open hook, and multi-pin fitting — all mounted on shaped base plates with threaded studs underneath. Each piece is a lathe job with secondary milling for the base plate profiles. I'll model every component as a precise 3D solid in SolidWorks, then produce fully dimensioned 2D drawings with ISO tolerances — critical diameters, fillet radii on the turned profiles, cross-hole positions on the fairlead, thread callouts for the mounting studs, and surface finish specs for that brushed satin look. STL exports optimized for both CNC toolpath generation and casting pattern work. Print-ready PDF drawings your machinist opens and starts programming from. In order for you to be able to prototype/manufacture it in CNC machinning shop you would need to give a bit more explanation on the purpose/functionality of the part and as you mentioned before - dimensions. In relation to the CAD platform, it does not really matter which one engineer uses, as the files you require (STL model and PDF drawing ) can be generated by any of the platforms you've mentioned.
