I own a detached brick garage in Bicester, about 2.5 m × 6.5 m and set 1.5 m from the main house, and I’m ready to convert it into ancillary accommodation—a modern bedroom with an ensuite that features a shower and toilet. For this I need a UK-based professional familiar with the Lawful Development Certificate process and the drawing standards required by Cherwell District Council. Deliverables • Existing and proposed plans, elevations and sections at the level of “detailed plans with fixtures”. • A clear, Planning-Portal-ready block/site plan. • Optionally, full preparation and electronic submission of the LDC application (forms, statements and upload).
