OWNER-BUILDER PROJECT — PERMIT DRAWINGS ONLY (NOT ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN) Location: San Bernardino County, California I need a COMPLETE building-permit drawing set for a simple residential project (single-family house + ADU). IMPORTANT: This is NOT a custom design project. I already have the layout and dimensions. I only need permit drawings prepared for submission. Scope of work: • Site plan with setbacks (survey/topo available) • Fully dimensioned floor plans • Exterior elevations (all sides) • Roof plan • Building sections & wall sections • Door & window schedule • Basic electrical layout (lights, switches, outlets) • Basic plumbing fixture layout Structural engineering and stamp will be handled separately. Plans must be suitable for California permit plan check (U.S. residential code format).
