Draft 65m2 Wellness Floor Plan

I’m preparing a leasing assessment for a 65 m² tenancy (approx. 5.97 m × 8.96 m) and need a clean, to-scale floor plan that respects the internal walls already on site. The space tapers slightly—2.2 m on the right side and 2.87 m on the left—so capturing those angles accurately is important for my landlord negotiations. You’ll start from a rough sketch I can supply and turn it into a professional drawing. The plan must clearly label the massage rooms (each about 3 m × 2.4 m) because these are critical for the lease. Please also show suggested positions for: • Ice bath & hot tub unit: 1.53 m L × 0.72 m W × 0.82 m H • Traditional sauna: 1.3 m W × 1.3 m D • Infrared sauna: 1.3 m W × 0.91 m D • Two lounge recliners: 0.84 m W × 1.60 m L (reclined) • Reception counter (fixed): now 1.2 m L × 0.60 m D • Waiting-area ottomans: 1 m L × 0.50 m D • Ceiling-to-floor curtain lines that divide zones for privacy Electrical and plumbing layouts are required; a dimensioned PDF plus the editable CAD file (DWG, SKP, RVT, etc.) will be enough for this stage. Accuracy to within a few centimetres is fine, but proportions must read correctly and every key item above needs to fit on paper so I can confirm the lease.
