You're asking for the 1:100 plans to be "exact," but a raster PDF has a margin of error of a couple of centimeters per wall, and that needs to be agreed on in advance. If the PDF is vector, I'll import it and trace the geometry; if it's a scan, I'll calibrate the scale against your dimension chains. I've done detail and tooling drawings and worked with AutoCAD. How many pages are in the set, and are they vector?
