I need a CAD drafter to redraw an existing plan with a few minor changes. We need a complete 7 page set of plans for a two story 1440sf 3/3 free standing home copied/redrawn and changes made. Original architect cannot be found and we have built this same house design about 10 years ago. Looking for someone in Miami area that we can bring our full size plans to and show corrections needed. A plus if you have a Florida engineer that you work with to stamp the plans.
