Here’s what success looks like: • A monthly content calendar built around trending questions, seasonal health topics, and frequently asked patient concerns. • Scripts, storyboards, and shot lists delivered in advance so filming days run smoothly. • High-quality editing that intercuts my on-camera explanations with clean 2-D animations, royalty-free b-roll, captions, and upbeat music. • SEO-optimised titles, descriptions, tags, and custom thumbnails to boost discovery. • Scheduled uploads, end-screen elements, playlists, and community-tab posts, plus a quick response to comments in the first 48 hours. • Performance reports drawn from YouTube Studio and TubeBuddy (or similar) highlighting watch-time, retention, and topic ideas for the next cycle. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or equivalent tools are all acceptable—as long as the final videos look polished on both mobile and desktop. Please keep animation assets editable for future revisions. Deliver finished videos in 1080p (minimum) with separate project files saved to a shared drive.
