Simple 2D Cartoon Animation

I need a clean, engaging 2D animation in a classic cartoon style. The piece should feel light-hearted and colourful, with smooth character motion and expressive visuals that instantly catch attention. Here’s what I’d like: • You handle the full animation process—from rough storyboard through final render—using software you’re most comfortable with (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, or similar). • Finished video delivered in 1080p MP4, ready to drop straight into my production pipeline. • A couple of rounds of reasonable revisions so the pacing, expressions and timing are spot-on. • Source project files supplied at the end for archival purposes. I’ll share the concept and any reference art as soon as we start; if you see ways to punch up the humour or flow, I’m happy to hear them. Turnaround is flexible but ideally within the next two weeks.
