We are Utimaco, a global platform provider of trusted cybersecurity and compliance solutions. Since our colleague from order processing is going on parental leave, we are looking for a replacement for about 1 year. This includes the recording of incoming customer orders, the creation of delivery notes and invoices, as well as credit notes and certificates. Furthermore, the documentation in our ERP and CRM tools, the coordination of delivery dates with our production and external service providers and the smooth deliveries within Europe. In this position, you will work with international colleagues and clients, so fluency in English is mandatory.

I am seeking ongoing customer service support using Gorgias. The primary focus will be handling inquiries related to order status and tracking.
