It’s solid concrete with no steel reinforcement, so once it’s cut and broken out the pieces should be straightforward to lift. Scope • Saw-cut, jackhammer or otherwise break the entire slab. • Load every fragment and dispose of it off-site; I don’t want any rubble left here. • Leave the sub-grade level, clean and ready for whatever comes next. Site access is good for small machinery or a ute and trailer, and there’s power and water on hand if you need them. Please let me know how soon you can fit the job in and an estimated time on site.
