I’m looking for someone to draft my landscape plan. I’ve already done the rough drawings with actual measurements and need working plans and 3D rendering. My home is a an end unit townhome on a sloping lot. to create a modern backyard design for my small-sized backyard. The candidate should have experience drawing showing lot characteristics. Skills and Experience: - Experience in designing small-sized backyards - Proficiency in modern design concepts and aesthetics - Knowledge of outdoor furniture and decor trends - Ability to create functional and visually appealing patio designs - Strong communication skills to understand and incorporate client preferences

Contest Title: Provide design to Improve the street appeal of the house in the attached photos. Areas to Improve: - Front yard - Exterior facade - Front entrance - boundary fence Edit: Note that submissions that include a fence that provides a boundary whilst opening up the front yard will be viewed favourably.
