Southwest Florida Commercial/Industrial Land Research and Due Diligence I am seeking an experienced U.S. real-estate researcher to identify and evaluate land in Southwest Florida for a warehouse, office and project-staging facility. This is not a simple listing-scraping or data-entry project. The researcher must investigate each parcel using county GIS, zoning records, flood and wetland maps, utility information, listing-agent communication and county planning contacts. Search Priorities 1. Commercial, light-industrial, industrial, flex or similar zoning that permits the proposed operations. 2.
