I am looking for someone to create a blueprint and 3D rendering of an outdoor living space I have in mind. The space is large, measuring over 500 square feet. I plan to include a covered area with fireplace (TV above), seating area, kitchen area, bar area as well as an uncovered area with fire pit (surrounding built in wall/bench seating) and a dining area, with a modern rustic theme throughout. My desired result is a detailed blueprint that can be given to our contractor and 3D rendering of the space, as I want to ensure I can visualize the project before beginning. I look forward to seeing what ideas you have in store for this project. Looking to work with local freelancers ONLY (Pennsylvania based).
