I have a program written in C which already compiles on many platforms including windows , linux and unix using the GNU toolchain (automake, autoconf, gmake, gcc). The program uses some external libraries: openssl, pcre, gnu iconv, expat and apache apr. On windows I'm using the msys environment with mingw32.
