Hi I saw that you already done such project, I will be happy to purchase the source code from you "as is", so I can just make a few changes myself. Basically the code needs to start by sending some start mark to the PC, and wait for response. If no response after timeout, the program jumps to the real application. If there is a response, the program enters program update and reads hex records from usart to flash. Rather simple. I can easily add the hex file decoding and some handshake protocol.
