I want to make an Excel Add-In developed with the newest framework from Microsoft. The plugin will be distributed both on Excel for desktop and on Office 365. The purpose of the plugin is filling some cells with the response of a REST API call. I will provide the spec of the API myself. The API is asynchronous (ie the code must poll) and the plugin must account for a MASSIVE number of input rows (think in the order of thousands).
