But I need certian features before I can use it. There's a bug when registerting, it returns an error form and shows it to the user. The account is however created so it seems to be working. You can pull the source and see what needs to be done, then make an offer.

I require magento & Plexis () integration. At a high level, products should be managed in the ERP but uploaded to magento, orders from the website should be downloaded to Plexis and customers should be sync'ed between the two. The ERP has two price fields, one of B2B & one for B2C. This should be considered in the design. I suppose a seperate magento webstore will be needed. The chanllenge would be on how to keep customers sync, I think the downloading of orders and uploading of products should be straightforward.
