If you've ever seen the Osprey Farpoint pack, this would be a decent point of reference. the entire front would unzip, almost like a vertical duffle bag and the stand would be placed inside. I have some devices called EE Osprey Mini Dongles which are used to connect to the web. Some services do not allow the same IP connecting multiple times. At the moment I have to manually reset each dongle in order to connect to the services again. An ideal piece of software will display all the OSPREY dongles connected currently with their IP addresses and have a button to release/refresh the current IP. I need to stream video content coming from an Osprey 201e card to one client, to enable them to access the stream anywhere in the world. The stream needs to be very low latency using UDP / RTP. This technology looks ideal for the purpose: The size of the streaming file will be small, around 512kbps. Picture quality is not important, so long as it is acceptable. Low latency is the focus. Ideally, the stream will be delivered to the client in less than 500ms. The client viewer will need to be able to re size the video window. A web browser will be fine.

I need to create a real time streaming platform that delivers time sensitive content to minimise delay between live video and client. I think the best protocol to use will be RTP / UDP. Some packet loss is not a problem. There will only be one user accessing the stream at one time.
