I need help creating the basic android app below. Only one alternative is needed. Alternative A: User receives a phone call and then start our app, and the app picks the phone number of the current call and then sends this number to a web server. The webserver then replies with a web page and the app presents this web page. Alternative B: App is constantly running on the phone and each time a call is received this phone number is sent to our web server. To make this work it is important that it is assured that if the app is killed that it restarts again.
