Our suppliers stock quantities are updated in an excel file that is retrieved from an url. The file has in it our Reference number, stock quantity and the availability date. The date should be put in the "text if backorder allowed" field and stock amount updated corresponding to the reference number.

Need someone to write an application/script that will connect to a sql database and add new products to a nopcommerce 2.7 website. I should be able to simply load the .csv file or excel file via a simple program locally installed and it will then 1: connect 2: read the .csv file or excel file and 3: write new products, in other words an automated import.
