We developed a hardware device that connects to internet, and access a web server. The connection works great between old server (windows 2008) and device, inside this server i was able to migrate to another IP without issues, but now I just migrated to another webserver (windows 2012), and the communication does not work anymore....and the communication does not work anymore. Device can access the first PHP file but displays "error connecting server". Mysql database is working, and also I can see the device access in IIS log displaying code 200 (read sucessfully).
