Deadline: 24 hours. I was recently working with a Klaviyo email expert to implement a post-purchase cross-selling email to new customers that sent them a series of emails that was dependant on what they selected as their industry on Shopify checkout.  In Shopify, we created a custom drop-down industry field on the cart page (). However, that links the selected industry to the ORDER, and not the CUSTOMER. This means that Klaviyo cannot read it and so we can't get the Klaviyo email sequence to start.    We don't know how to fix this - can you help? I already had the popup designed and coded on shopify for mailchimp but I switched to Klaviyo this week and they told me since the form was custom coded on Shopify, it could not be redirected to Klaviyo. I'm looking for a Klaviyo expert that syncs with Shopify. I already had a coder set up and sync this with Shopify as the Shopify templates are very basic and not in line with our branding. However, I'm looking to tap into Klaviyo's full realm of features and have our pop-ups generating users to sign up to our newsletter, coupons, Setup flows and segments. Already have a newsletter template but perhaps review this. One thing to note is we are a design based company and created our brand internally so we have designers on hand. We can provide the imagery for needed workflows, campaigns and segments but need a structure and consistency in layout.
