I am in need of access support for software programs, ideally during weekday working hours. This will involve providing technical support, account management, and troubleshooting. I am not requiring 24/7 support - just regular weekday working hours. The scope includes several bespoke databases, and one or two package software developed in-house, such as the Amber-JCS There is an on-line Support Log which should assist in most queries. There are about 12 support queries a month. I split these into Operational and Technical. It is mainly technical support I am looking for at the minute. The platform is usually Access front-end, and an Access or SQL Server back-end. Our SQL Server is hosted with a 3rd Party provider
