We run a shared hosting server, which utilizes Plesk 12.5.30. We are having severe slowdowns and timeouts recently. We think this could be because one or more of the sites has been hacked, but we've been completely unable to find the problem. We have already used the Linux Malware Detection tool but that hasn't found any issues. The OS is CentOS and is fully patched. This past weekend my server was infected where all user names in all cpanel accounts were changed to AnonymousFox. Also, all cpanel passwords were changed as well.
