I like the features of this theme: and I want the design of this theme I basically want to combine the two themes, to have all the functionality of GeoPlaces, but the design of Downtown. Would prefer to be done by converting the Downtown theme to a child theme of GeoPlaces.

Google Map - currently infoWindow opens on click and stays open unless you click X to close. many infoWindows can be open at the same time.
