There is a source code of a couple of programs that are written in C++(*.cc files) and Fortran (*., *.f90 files). The program does some calculations and has a GUI (GTK libraries). The project has a file. The original programs run on Windows. The task is to find out how to compile the programs on Windows. If it is possible, then we need detailed instructions on how to do the Windows compilation (tools to run, libs to use, etc.). If the compilation into a Windows executable is possible, the compiled program should run correctly against a test input. Optionally, we would be interested to know if it is possible to use MS Visual Studio and Intel Fortran compiler to build the source code.
